Sunday, November 29th at 3:00pm - Santa arrives at Boardwalk and at 4:00pm - Tree Lighting at Market Square.  Ring in the holiday season in Downtown Newburyport!  Santa will arrive at the Boardwalk then will parade up to Market Square to sing Christmas carols and light the city tree!  If this event doesn’t get you in the holiday spirit than nothing will.

Easy as 1, 2, 3!!   The expanded Federal First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit is perfectly designed for new Ocean Meadow buyers.  Now is the time to start the process and apply the tax credit to the purchae of your new home at Ocean Meadow.  It couldn’t be easier and the timing couldn’t be better… the Ocean Meadow neigborhood is spectacular, sales are robust, and we easily fall within the program guidelines with home prices starting at $499,900, but there are only a limited number of homes deliverable within the time frame.

Here’s how to take advantage of the $6,500 tax credit at Ocean Meadow … it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1.  Select your new home at Ocean Meadow and sign a Purchase & Sale Agreement by April 30, 2010.

2.  Pack your bags and close on your new Ocean Meadow home anytime on or before June 30, 2010.

3.  Include your HUD Settlement Sheet with your 2009 or 2010 taxes, and check the mailbox for your tax credit refund!
